I'LORIDA, ACCEPTING A TWELVE (12) FOOT EASEMENT FOR PUBLIC UTILITIES
ON THE NORTF[ TWELVE (12) FEET OF THE SOUTH 60 FEET OF LOT 14, BLOCK
1, COUNTRY CLUB ADDITION OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
BF. IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTI{ PALM BEACH,
FLORIllA:
Section 1. The Village of North Palm Beach, Florida,
hereby accepts the dedication of a twelve (12) foot easement for
Public Utilities on the North (12) feet of the South 60 feet oi'
Lot 14, Block 1, Country Club Addition, as per copy of the Public
Utilities easement attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by
reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
