Sectiai 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the Contractors Board of the Village of North
Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1981.
THOMAS MC CARTHY
NEAL NEFF
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Contractors Roard
i'or a term ending May 1, 1980.
1st Alternate - VINCENT LUCIDO
2nd Alternate - WILLIAM LESERRA
' Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the
Contractors Board shall be as set forth in Chapter 10 of the Village
of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
