A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF T}iE VILLAGE
OP NORTH PALM BEACH.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed members of the Planning Commission of the Village of North
Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1981.
WILLIAM BLACK
JAMES TITZEL
RONALD PRICE
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission
f'or a term ending May 1, 1980.
1st Alternate: JAMES LONSDALE
' 2nd Alternate: GEORGE DOWNING
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning
Conmiission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida
Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
