A RESOLtTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BF,ACH,
I'I,ORIDA, ACCEPTING TF{E BID OF SMITTY'S SERVICE SHOP FOR ONE (1)
16 HP AIRCOOLED MOWING TRACTOR IN THE AMOUNT OF $2,567.00, FROM ACCOUNT
N0. 36-572-64.50.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Smitty's Service Shop, copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of
Nort{i Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. 36-572-64.50.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 26TH DAY OF APRIL, 1979.
