UTILITY SERVICES, AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
BE IT RF,SOLVED BY T}{E VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM REAC}[,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The proposal of Diversified Utility Service,
copy of which is attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof,
is accepted by the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2. The Village hereby authorizes the expenditure
of one-third of the total cost of services proposed by Diversified
Utility Service. However, said authorization shall be in an amount
not to exceed $7,000.00.
Section 3. The Mayor is authorized to execute said proposal.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect inu~iediatel.y
