A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}1,
FLORIDA, CERTLFYING COMPLETION OF FLORIDA BOATING IMPROVEMF,NT PROJECT'
N0. 10-66-10, MARINA DREDGING, ANCHORAGE PARK, NORTH PALM RF.AC}[,
FLORIDA: AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
' WHF,RF.AS, an agreement between the Department of Natural.
Resources and the Division of Recreation and Parks, Palm Reach
County, Florida, for funding the development of boating facilities
in Palm Beach County has been approved by the State of Florida
and the Board of County Commissioners of Palm Beach County; and
WHEREAS, the Village of North Palm Beach applied for the
rise of up to $5,000.00 as a sub-grantee of Palm Beach County for
the purpose of dredging the slips at the municipal marina in An-
chorage Park, North Palm Beach Florida; and
WI[EREAS, this project has as its purpose the improvement
of boating facilities for the citizens of North Palm Beach; and
1 W}{EREAS, Florida Boating Improvement Project No. 10-GG-10
has been completed; and
W}{F,RF.AS, the amount of $4,745.93 has been expended and the
work performed by Murphy Construction Company has been accepted:
NOW, T}{EREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGF. COUNCIL
OF NORT}{ PALM BF,AC}{, FLORIDA:
Section 1. That the foregoing recitals are hereby adopted
and ratified.
Section 2. That the inventory statement, attached as }:x-
hibit A, on the Florida Boating Improvement Project No. 10-6G-1U
is }rereby accepted and approved by the Village Council.
Section 3. The date of completion of the project was
' September 19, 1978.
Section 4. This resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
