' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}{ PALM
RF.AC3I, FLORIDA:
Section 1. After due consideration and being duly
advised of the responsibilities of an agent for the 208 Water
Quality Management Plan, and also having reviewed the five
recommended possible agents, the Village Council of North Palm
Beach hereby recommends the Environmental Control Board as the
Agent for the 208 Water Quality Management Plan.
Section 2, This Resolution shall take effect
inunediately upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS lOT}{ DAY OF AUGUST, 1978.
