CAVATING BOAT SLIPS AT THE NORTH PALM BEACH MARINA IN T}[E AMOUNT OF
$3.00 PER CUBIC YARD, WIT}{ A MAXIMUM EXPENDITURE OF $5,000.00, TO
' };}; F,XPENI)ED FROM ACCOUNT N0. 71-429.11, MARINA DREDGING.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NOR7II PALM REACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Murphy Construction Company, copy
of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of Nort}i Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. T}~e
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to adivse said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from
Account No. 71-429.11, Marina Dredging.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect inunediately
upon passage.
