FhORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE VILLAGE.
OF NORT}i PALM BEACH.
' BF, IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}{ PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are Hereby
appointed members of the Planning Commission of the Village of North
Palm Reach for a term ending May 1, 1980.
HOWARD FLOYD
JOSEPH HAMZY, JR.
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby
appointed Alternate Members of the North Palm Beach Planning Commission
i'or a term ending May 1, 1979.
1st Alternate: PEGGY ENDERS
2nd Alternate: DOUGLAS TRETTIEN
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of the Planning
ConNiission shall be as set forth in Chapter 163, Part II, Florida
Statutes, and Ordinance No. 6-77 of the Village of North Palm Reach.
Section ~I. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 5. This Resolution shall take effect inN~ediately
upon passage.
