A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA, DECLARING WOOD DECKING AND
CANOPIES FROM THE TEMPORARY TRAILERS AT THE COUNTRY
CLUB AS SURPLUS PROPERTY AND AUTHORIZING THEIR DISPOSAL;
AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, Village Staff is recommending the surplus of wood decking and canopies from the
temporary trailers used during the Country Club construction project; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council has the authority to dispose of surplus items of personal
property in any manner so long as it acts in good faith and in the best interests of the Village; and
WHEREAS, the Village Council determines that the adoption of this Resolution is in the best
interests of the Village and its residents.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE
OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA as follows:
Section 1. The foregoing recitals are ratified as true and incorporated herein.
Section 2. The Village Council hereby declares the wood decking and canopies from the
temporary trailers used during the Country Club construction project as surplus property and
authorizes their disposal in accordance with Village policies and procedures.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon adoption.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 12' DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2019.
