A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF BILL JOHNSON CONTRACT FURNITURE FOR
CARPF,7'ING IN THE LOUNGE OF THE NORTH PALM BEACH COUNTRY CLUB IN 1'}[E
AMOUNT OF $2,100.00 TO BE EXPENDED FROM R,O,F, ACCOUNT N0. 71-404.10.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Interiors Decor, Inc. as awarded
by Resolution No. 83-76 is hereby repealed.
Section 2, The bid of Bill Johnson Contract Furniture,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms.
7'he appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said
bidder of this acceptance. The monies are to be expended from R,O,F.
Account No. 71-404.10.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
' upon passage.
