It is with regret that I tender my resignation as Attorney for the Village of North Palm
Beach. I have found over the past two (2) years that the demands of my private practice
have escalated to a point making it difficult to do justice to both entities.
I will be happy to remain as attorney until such time as replacement counsel is aboard and
coordinate with new counsel as the Village council might direct.
It has been a pleasure serving as Village Attorney. Both my paid and unpaid service to the
Village for thirty-one (31) years plus have been a privilege: two (2) yearsonthe-Country-
Club Administrative Board; six (6) years as Municipal Judge; seven (7) years as Chairman
of the Code Enforcement Board; and sixteen (16) plus years as the Village Attorney.
