h10WI:R IN THE AMOUNT' OF $947.00, FROM ACCOUNT N0. 24-402.
' BE IT RESOLVEll BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Trail Ford Tractor Company, copy of
which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village oi' North Palm Reach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this
acceptance. The monies are to be expended from Account No. 24-402.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upa~ passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24 DAY OF NOVEMBER, 1976.
