Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby,
appointed a member of the Recreation Advisory Board of the Village
oi' North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1977:
Sam Budnyk
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member
shall be as set forth in Resolution No. 218 as amended.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send
a coni'ormed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
