Section 1. The following person be, and he is hereby,
appointed a member of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the
Vil.l.age of North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1977:
Joseph A. Hamzy, Jr.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said member
shall be as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village 'of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send
' a conformed copy of this Resolution to the member appointed above.
Section 4. ]'his Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
