Mayor Aubrey called the meeting to order at 6:33 p.m. All members of Council and staff were
present except Susan Bickel and Deborah Searcy. All members of the Planning Commission
were present except Donald Solodar, Cory Cross and Jonathan Haigh.
CODE REVISIONS
Mr. Lukasik stated the meeting would focus primarily on following up and concluding
discussions on particular items and answering questions from previous Code Update Workshops.
Mr. Lukasik introduced new Community Development Director Jeremy Hubsch.
Councilmember Searcy arrived to the meeting at 6:42 p.m.
Bill Spikowski of Spikowski Planning and Associates presented these items for discussion:
Building height (in stories) - C -MU & C-3 Building frontages — C -MU
Building height (in feet) - C -MU & C-3 Land to be rezoned
Outdoor seating - C -MU & C-3 Twin City Mall site — C-3
Waivers — C -M & C -NB Architectural styles (in Appearance Plan)
Nonconformities — C -MU, C-3, C -NB Sign regulations (future update needed)
Comprehensive Plan (text changes)
PUBLIC COMMENT
Members of the public addressed the Council with suggestions and concerns.
Members of the Council and the Planning Commission commented with suggestions and concerns.
