A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF SCOTT INDUSTRIES, INC. FOR FURNISHING AND
INSTALLATION OF CONCRETE RUBBLE FOR RIP RAP WALL - NORTH PALM BEACH
COUNTRY CLUB - IN THE AMOUNT OF $4,500.00 FROM ROF ACCOUNT NO. 901.08.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA
Section 1. The bid of Scott Industries, Inc., copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North
Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance. The monies
are to be expended from ROF Account No. 901.08.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

GUARANTEED DELIVERY We guarantee to deliver and place as stated in the
proposal concrete rubble, concrete beams, piling slobs and other
concrete materials from the demolition of the old Riviera Beach
Causeway from the west shoreline up to but not including the west
draw span. We cannot gurantee this material will provide for the
