A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING ALAN BERNSTEIN JUDGE AD LITEM OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT
OF T}[E VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. ALAN BERNSTEIN be, and he is hereby, appointed as
Judge ad Litem of the Municipal Court of the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2, The Village Clerk is directed to forward copies of
this Resolution to the Municipal Judge, George Baldwin, to the Village
Prosecutor, Alan Ciklin, and to the Director of Public Safety, Richard
Wille.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
