A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}I,
]'LORI DA, AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 218, WHICH CREATED T}}E RECRF,ATION
ADVISORY BOARD, BY REMOVING THE REQUIREMENT THAT SAID BOARD BE
COMPOSF.ll OF FOUR MEN AND THREE WOMEN.
BF. IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}I,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Section 2 of Resolution No. 218 is hereby
amended to read as follows;
"Section 2. Said board shall be composed of seven (7)
members, who shall be residents of the Village; the
terms of office shall be for two years from the date oi'
appointment and the members shall serve at the pleasure
of the Village Council; provided, however, that in the
event of a vacancy on said board, the Village Council
shall appoint a successor member to serve for the remainder
of the term made vacant. Any member shall be eligible
to succeed himself."
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
' upon passage.
