1976-36 Deleting Sections from Article VI of the Charter
RESOLUTION N0. 36-76
A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, DELETING CERTAIN SECTIONS FROM ARTICLE VI OF THE VILLAGE
C}IARTER .
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Pursuant to Section 6, Article VI, the Charter
of the Village of North Palm Beach hereby deletes Section 1, Section 2,
Section 3, Section 4 and Section 6 of Article VI of the Charter of the
Village of North Palm Beach in that all these events to which these
Sections are or could become applicable have occurred.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 13 DAY OF MAY, 1976.
