A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Village of
North Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1979:
H. Norman Bott
McLin "Max" Nowlin
The following person be, and he is hereby, appointed first
alternate of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Village of North Palm
Beach for a term ending May 1, 1977:
John Dunnuck
The following person be and she is hereby appointed second
alternate of the Zoning Board of Adjustment of the Village of North Palm
Beach for a term ending May 1, 1977:
Sally Venzara
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall he as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code,
Section 3, The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a con-
formed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
