A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ENDORSING, WITH PROVISO, THE PROPOSED FLORIDA STATE DEPARTMENT
OF TRANSPORTATION IMPROVEMENTS TO PGA BOULEVARD FROM ALTERNATE AlA
TO U. S. HIGHWAY N0. 1.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council strongly endorses the im-
provements to PGA Boulevard as recommended by the engineering report
prepared by Mock, Roos and Searcy, Inc., dated January 1976, with the
following provisos:
A. That Ellison-Wilson Road from PGA Boulevard to Monet
(McLaren Road) remain as a two-lane street.
B. That the Village Council strongly objects to the alter-
Hate drainage outfall location "B" referred to in subject engineer's
report.
' Section 2. The Village Manager is directed to transmit a
copy of this Resolution to all interested agencies, firms and parties.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
