Members of the Town of Lake Park Commission and Town of Lake Park Planning & Zoning
Board were present to participate in the workshop with regards to the C-3 District - Twin City Mall Site.
ROLL CALL
Mayor Norris called the meeting to order at 6:41 p.m. All members of Council and staff were
present. All members of the Planning Commission were present except Jonathan Haigh.
CODE REVISIONS
Mr. Lukasik stated the meeting would focus primarily on the Twin City Mall Site.
Jason King of Dover Kohl & Partners began the presentation by reviewing certain items
discussed at the February Workshop, including future buildings along U.S. Highway 1 (C -MU
zoning district, formerly C -A) and building heights along U.S. Highway 1.
Bill Spikowski of Spikowski Planning and Associates, and Mr. King presented these items for discussion:
Future buildings in C-3 (Twin City Mall site)
Height and density in C-3 (Twin City Mall site)
Future buildings in C-3 (Northlake Promenade
Permitted uses in C-3 (Twin City Mall site)
western end with Publix)
Streets within C-3 (Twin City Mall site)
Regulating plans in C-3 (Twin City Mall site)
Parking lots in C-3 (Twin City Mall site)
Members of the Council and the Planning Commission commented with suggestions and
concerns. Members of the Town of Lake Park Commission and Town of Lake Park Planning &
Zoning Board commented with suggestions and concerns.
PUBLIC COMMENT
Members of the public addressed the Council with suggestions and concerns.
Mayor Norris recessed the meeting at 8:10 p.m.
Mayor Norris reconvened the meeting at 8:21 p.m.

Mr. Spikowski and Mr. King continued with the presentation and discussed the following items:

Mr. Spikowski discussed proposed changes to the following Village of North Palm Beach Codes:

C -OS Zoning District

Landscaping

Mr. Lukasik stated that Lake Park officials are invited to attend the April 16th Workshop.
