A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAil7 BEACH, FLORIDA,
ACCEPTING T}{E BID OF PIONEER MEDICAL SYSTEMS, INC. FOR ECG TELEMETRY AND
VOICE COMMUNICATION SYSTEM IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,885.00 FROM 1974-75
BUIIGET, ENCUMBERED FUNDS, ACCOUNT 12-408.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA
Section 1. The bid of Pioneer Medical Systems, Inc., copy of
which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village
of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village
officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance.
The monies are to be expended from 1974-75 budget, encumbered funds,
Account 12-408.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
