A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING PAUL J, NICOLETTI AS VILLAGE MANAGER OF THE VILLAGE
OP NORTH PALM BEACH,
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA
Section 1. That PAUL J, NICOLETTI be, and he is hereby,
appointed and designated Village Manager in and for the Village of North
Palm Beach and he is hereby vested with all the powers and duties of said
office.
Section 2. As and for compensation for the services of said
Paul J, Nicoletti, he shall be paid the sum of $22,000,00 annually, in
equal weekly installments of $423,08,
Section 3, This appointment shall become effective on Ilecember
1, ].975 and shall continue thereafter at the pleasure of the Village
Council.
' Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage,
