FLORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF FAIRFIELD MEDICAL PRODUCTS FOR PORTABLE
VOICF, TELEMETRY AND REPEATER, BASE STATION IN THE AMOUNT OF $15,939.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of Fairfield Medical Products, copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North
Palm Beach i.n accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are }~ereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.

A dual channel system will be proviced in order to allow North Palm Beach
to be in radio communications with Good Samaritan Hospital in West. Palm Beach.
Our system has the capability to being expanded to eight channels. The MIDTAC
system proposed meets or exceeds FCC requirements for telemetry equipment
as of this date.

(B) Installation, service and Engineering Study, including '
travel expenses $ 1,440.00
This price includes complete installation of the equipment and training
of personnel up to fide days. We will work with the local phone company
to obtain telephofie lines for use with our system and. will assist North Palm Beach
in completing any and all FCC forms needed to establish this system.
(C) To Provide Capacity Up To 8 Channels
Additional Cost $1,700.00
