A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF ROBERT
J. LANE, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIh1 BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. WILLIAM J. BEISWANGER be, and he is hereby, appointed
a member of the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board of the Village of North
Palm Beach to fill the unexpired term of Robert J. Lane, who resigned.
Said appointment shall be for the term ending May 1, 1976.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the members of
the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board are as set forth in Chapter 45
of the Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform said
member of his appointment to the Planning and Zoning Advisory Board.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
