A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIllA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF SIMGO CORPORATION FOR RECREATIONAL
' FACILITIES - TENNIS COURTS IN THE AMOUNT OF $21,312.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORT}{ PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Items 1 through 4 of the bid of Simgo Corporation,
copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the
Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate
Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder of this acceptance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately

upon passage.

conditions surrounding the construction of the proposed >~roject, in-
cluding the availability of materials and labor, hereby proposes to
furnish all labor, materials, supplies, services, etc. necessary to
construct the project in accordance with the Contract Documents,
within the time set forth herein, and at the prices sated below.
These prices shall cover all expenses incurred in performing the
Work required under the Contract Documents of which this proposal is
a part.

The Bidder, if. awarded the Contract, agrees to start the Work within
/t~ calendar days after the Proceed date the Owner designates
xn t~h`e-w"r~t't-en Notice to Proceed and guarantees completion of the
F>roject within ~_calendar days after the designated Proceed
date set by the'Owner.
Bidder further agrees to pay as lic;uidated damages, the sum of $50.00
for each consecutive calendar day thereafter as provided in paragiapfi-
3 of the 5UPPLEMENTARX CONDITIONS Section.
If Owner's Notice of Award of this bid is mailed, telegraphed, or
delivered to the Bidder within #ix v-(601 days after the
date of opening of Bids, or at any time thereafter before the Bid
is withdrawn, the Bidder agrees that he shall execute and deliver a
Contract in the form attached as required by the Contract Documents,
in accordance with the Bid as accepted, and that he shall furnish
the required Contract Security within fifteen (15) days of the
Notice of Award.
The Bidder further declares that he understands that the Owner may
elect to construct only a portion of the Work covered by these
Documents and agrees that he shall perform that portion of the Work
for which he is awarded a Contract at the prices quoted herein.
