A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}i, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH CONTRACTORS BOARD TO REPLACE
CARL WILBANKS AND RICHARD IRWIN.
BF, IT RF,SOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. DONALD BOESE and JOHN HOOKER be, and they are
hereby, appointed members of the North Palm Beach Contractors Board to
fill the unexpired terms of Carl Wilbanks and Richard Irwin, respectively,
who resigned. Said appointments shall be for terms expiring on May 1,
1978.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the members
appointed in Section 1 above are as set forth in Chapter 10 of the Village
of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform the
' persons named above of their appointment to the Contractors Board.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
