FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE COMMUNITY APPEARANCE $OARD OF T}IE
VILLAGE OF NORTH PAIM BEACH.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}{~
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Community Appearance Board of the Village of
Nort1~ Palm Beach for a term ending May 1, 1977:
JAY GARNER
FRANK MASIELLO
RONALD SCHWAB
The following person be, and he is hereby, appointed First Alternate of the
of the Conununity Appearance Board of the Village of North Palm Beach
for a term ending May 1, 1976:
JO}[N HUGHES
T}ie following person be, and he is hereby, appointed Second Alternate of
the Corrununity Appearance Board of the Village of North Palm Beach for
a term ending May 1, 1976:
WALTER HOFFMAN
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said members
s}iall be as set forth in Chapter 6 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
conformed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
