A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}I,

FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE LIBRARY BOARD OF THE VILLAGE OF
NORTH PALM BEACH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the Library Board of the Village of North Palm Beach
for a term ending May 1, 1977:
THELMA OBERT
FREDERICK PARSONS
SUZANNE GIBBON
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said members
shall be as set forth in Chapter 19.5 of the Village of North Palm Beach
Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a con-
formed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed above.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 24 DAY OF APRIL, 1975.
