A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
' I'LORIDA, ACCEPTING THE BID OF S. A. WEISBERG, INC., NORTH MIAMI,
FLORIDA, FOR STORAGE BUILDING FOR PUBLIC WORKS COMPLEX IN THE AMOUNT
OF $29,240.00.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The bid of S. A. Weisberg, Inc., North Miami,
Florida, copy of which is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted
by the Village of North Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The
appropriate Village officials are hereby directed to advise said bidder
of this acceptance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

The undersigned, as bidder, hereby declares that the only persons, company or parties
interested in this proposal or the Contract to he entered into, as principals, are
named herein; and that this proposal is made without connection with any other person,
company or parties making a bid or proposal; and that it is in all respects fair and
in good faith without collusion or fraud.
That the Bidder has carefully and to his full satisfaction, examined the attached
Instructions to Bidders, General Conditions, Modifications to General Conditions,
Technical Specifications, and form of Contract and Bond, together with the accompanying
plans anti that he Iran read all addenda issued prior to the opening of bids; and t.irat he
has made a full examination of the location of the proposed work and hereby agrees to
furnish, unless otherwise provided, all implements, machinery, equipment, transportation,
tools, materials, supplies, labor and other things necessary to the prosecution and
completion of the work to wit: Construction of a Storage Building for the North Palm
Beach F'uhlic lJorks Complex, Presperaty Farms Road, North Palm Beach, Florida, in
accordance with the Contract Documents pertai ing thereto for the lump sum payment of

If awarded the contract, the undersigned agrees to execute the attached contract within
ten (10) calendar days after the date on which said Ilotice of Award and Notice to
Proceed has been received; and to begin work with an adequate force and equipment within
10 calendar days from the date or receipt of rvritten notice to proceed; and to canplete

There is enclosed a Bid Guarantee, consisting of five percent (5%) of bid price-ar.

The undersigned furthermore agrees that, in case of failure on his part to execute said
contract and hood within ten (10) days after being awarded the contract, the check, bond
or other security accompanying his bid and the money sayable thereon, shall become the
property of the Village of North Palm beach, by forfeit as agreed and liquidated damages;
otherwise the check or bond accompanying his pIoposal shall be returned to the undersigned.

The undersigned, if awarded the contract, agrees to furnish at time of signing of contract,
a surety or performance bond in the amount of 100% of the contract as set forth in
"Inst.ructions to Bidders."
