A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, SETTING FORTH THE MEETING DAYS AND TIMES FOR ADVISORY BOARDS
AND COMMITTEES OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. Advisory Boards and Committees of the Village of
North Palm Beach shall hold meetings in accordance with the following
schedule:
Beautification Committee 4th Wednesday of every month
at 8:00 p.m.
Country Club Board of 3rd Wednesday of every month
Governors at 7:30 p.m.
Library Board 3rd Thursday of every other
month at 7:30 p.m.
Planning & Zoning 2nd Wednesday of every month
Advisory Board at 8:00 p.m.
Recreation Advisory 2nd Tuesday of every month at
' Board. 8:00 p.m.
Section 2. If a meeting of any board or committee cannot
be held on the day or time prescribed in Section 1 above, notice shall
he given in writing to the Village Clerk at least one week in advance
of the scheduled. meeting stating the date, time and. place that the
meeting will take place.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
