A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBER TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH CONTRACTORS BOARD
TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERM OF CHARLES E. TUCKER, WHO RESIGNED.
BF. IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. NEAL NEFF be, and he is hereby, appointed a member
of the North Palm Beach Contractors Board to serve the remainder of the
term of Charles E. Tucker, who resigned.. Said. appointment shall be for
the term ending June 1, 1976.
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the member
appointed by this Resolution shall be as set forth in Chapter 10 of the
Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform
' the person named. above of his appointment to the North Palm Beach
Contractors Board.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.
