A RESOLUTION OF T}IE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, ACCEPTING A PROPOSAL. '
BF, IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The proposal of KENNETH W. HUNNAM, copy of which
is attached to this Resolution, is hereby accepted by the Village of North
Palm Beach in accordance with its terms. The appropriate Village officials
are hereby directed to advise said. bidder of this acceptance.
Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect immediately
upon passage.

Proposal for professional services
re North Pa]m Beach Country Club,
Gentlemen,
Subsequent to my budget submission to the North Pa]m Beach
Village Council, I am pleased to submit herewith a proposal for professional
design services relating tm the re-modelling of the above club.
This proposal relates to phase 1 of the project which mould be tho
Main dining room and Foyer arias,
Design Services
a. Preparat.i.on of design studies and overall design concept.
b, Preparation of al.l working drawings as nesessary.
c, Selection and specification of workmanship and materials,
d, Color co-ordination and decorative material selection,
Fee for the Foregoing services based on an estimated budget of $19x730,UO
at the rate of ~ would be a fixed fee of $1,381.00,
Terms
On instructions to proceed, one half of the total fee amounting to
$690.50 would be required with written acceptance of this proposal.
Balance of the fee would become due on completlon of design drawings and
specifications in sufficient, form for bids to be obtained.
I reserve the right to submit a bid in open competition for execution of
the contract.
