A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
Fr,ORIDA, APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE PLANNING AND ZONING ADVISORY BOARD
OF THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH TO FILL THE UNEXPIRED TERMS OF DONALD
' J. MURPHY AND LEON A. ROGERS, WHO RESIGNED.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLOKIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be, and. they are hereby,
appointed. members of the Planning and. Zoning Advisory Board of the Village
of North Palm Beach for the term ending May 1, 1974 to replace Donald J.
Murphy and. Leon A. Rogers, who resigned:
WILLIAM J. WADSWORTH
ROBERT J. LANE
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the members
appointed. by this Resolution shall be as set forth in Chapter 45 of the
' Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a
coni'ormed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed herein.
Section 4. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon
passage.
