A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPOINTING A SECOND JUDGE AD LITEM OF THE MUNICIPAL COURT
' OF THF. VILLAGE OF NORT}{ PALM BEACH.
RE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PAIM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. STEVEN W. CARTA be, and he is hereby, appointed. as
Second Judge ad Litem of the Municipal Court of the Village .of North
Palm Beach, replacing John L. Avery, who is no longer a practicing
attorney in the Village of North Palm Beach.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is directed to forward. copies
of this Resolution to the Municipal Judge, George Baldwin, to the Village
Prosecutor, Thomas J. Yeager, and to the Director of Public Safety,
Richard Wille.
