A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE NORTH PALM BEACH CONTRACTORS BOARD.
FLORIDA:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}[,
Section 1. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
appointed members of the North Palm Beach Contractors Board for a three
year term ending June 1, 1976:
Thomas McCarthy - Engineer
Charles E. Tucker - Electrical Contractor
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of the members appoint-
ed in Section 1 hereof shall be as set forth in Chapter 10 of the Village
of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform the
persons named above of their appointment to the Village of North Palm Beach
Contractors Board.
