A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PRIM BEACH, FLORIDA,
APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT OF THE VILLAGE OF NORT}{ PALM
BF.AC}[ AND DESIGNATING ALTERNATE MEMBERS OF SAID BOARD.
' BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The following persons be and they are hereby appointed
members of the Board of Adjustment of the Village of North Palm Beach for
a three-year term ending June 1, 1976:
J. F. McDermott
McLin Nowlin
Section 2. The following persons be, and they are hereby,
designated as Alternate Members of the Board of Adjustment for a one-year
term ending June 1, 1974:
' H. Norman Bott
Oscar Welch
Section 3. The duties and responsibilities of said members shall
be as set forth in Chapter 45 of the Village of North Palm Beach Code.
Section 4. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to send a con-
formed copy of this Resolution to the members appointed to the Board of
Adjustment.
