FLORIllA, DECLARING THE RESULTS OF THE RUNOFF ELECTION }}ELD ON MARCH
27, 1973.
' W}{EREAS, on the 27th day of March, 1973 a Runoff Election
was held. in the Village of North Palm Beach, Florida for the purpose
of electing a Councilman to the Village Council for Group 2, and
WI}EREAS, by due resolution the following named persons were
appointed. Inspectors and Clerks of said. election:
Faith Lutheran Church Precinct Nos 48 and 53:
Inspectors: Mrs. Esther Bricker
Mrs. Grete McBride
Mrs. Faye Lucas
Clerk: Mrs.~Elizabeth Redding
Council Chambers, Village Hall, Precinct No. 49:

WHEREAS, on March 27, 1973 said Inspectors and Clerks, after
taking and subscribing their oaths in accordance with law, made their

Everett R. Miller, Jr. received 461 votes
and,
WHEREAS, the Village Council has duly canvassed the returns of
said. Runoff Election and finds that the returns of the Inspectors and
Clerks of said election are true and correct tabulations of the votes cast;
' NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF
NORT}[ PALM BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council finds and declares that the
following is the result of the Runoff Election of March 27, 1973:
For Village Councilman, Group 2:
Walter N. Colbath, Jr. received 534 votes
Everett R. Miller, Jr. received 461 votes
Section 2. That the following candidate is hereby declared to
be elected. to the office of Village Councilman, Group 2:
WALTER N. COLBATH, JR.
