TI[E COUNTY TO FURNISH THE VILLAGE LABOR, MATERIALS AND INSPECTION TO
SLURRY SEAL VILLAGE ROADS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,

Section 1. The Village Manager is hereby authorized to

contract with Palm Beach County, a governmental subdivision of the
State of Florida, for the County to furnish labor, materials and
inspection in connection with the application of Slurry Seal to roads
within the Village of North Palm Beach.
