A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND VILLAGE CLERK TO
EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH AND DAVID
e L. REID, PALM BEACH COUNTY TAX ASSESSOR, AND C. E. McGEHEE, PAIM
BEACH COUNTY TAX COLLECTOR, FOR THE ASSESSMENT AND COLLECTION OF
MUNICIPAL PROPERTY TAXES IN 1971.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign that certain agreement
between the Village of North Palm Beach and David L. Reid, Palm Beach
County Tax Assessor, and C. E. McGehee, Palm Beach County Tax
collector, for the assessment and collection of municipal property
taxes in 1971, copy of which is attached hereto, marked Exhibit A,
' and by reference made a part hereof.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is authorized and directed
to affix the Village Seal to said agreement.
