OF NORT}{ PALM BEAC}{ AND THE NORTHERN BOUNDARY OF THE PROPERTY OWNED
}3Y ST. CLARE'S CATHOLIC CHURCH.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM
BEAC}{, FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Council of North Palm Beach,
I'lorida, hereby requests the Board of County Commissioners of
Palm Beach County to pave that portion of Alamanda Drive which
lies between the northern boundary of Plat No. 4 of the Village of
North Palm Beach and the northern boundary of the property owned by
St. Clare's Catholic Church.
Section 2. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to
forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Board of County
Commissioners of Palm Beach County, Florida and to the Palm Beach
County Engineer.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 11TH DAY OF MARCH, 1971.
