Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to a certain
public utility and anchor easement granted to the Village of North
Palm Beach, as per copy of the disclaimer attached hereto, marked
}:x}iibit 1, and by reference made a part hereof.
