Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to a certain
drainage easement granted to the Village of North Palm Beach, as per
copy oi' the disclaimer attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by
reference made a part hereof.
