Section 1. Pursuant to Chapter 10.5 of the Village of Nort}~
Pa].m Beach Code, the following persons are hereby appointed members
of the North Palm Beach Country Club Board of Governors for the terms
indicated:
Allen R. Smith January 14, 1971 - May 1, 1971
Robert Geraghty January 14, 1971 - May 1, 1971
Section 2. The duties and responsibilities of said members
sha].] be as set forth in Chapter 10.5 of the North Palm Beach Code.
Section 3. The Village Clerk is hereby directed to inform
said members of their appointment to the North Palm Beach Country
Club Board of Governors.
