A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT THE VILLAGE IN
T1}AT CERTAIN LAW SUIT FILED BY PATRICIA JUNOD AGAINST THE VILLAGE OF
' NORTH PALM BEAC}{, CASE N0. 71 C 5195-MAC MILLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Attorney is hereby authorized and
directed to represent The Village of North Palm Beach in that certain
suit in which PATRICIA JUNOD is Plaintiff and THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM
BEACH, FLORIDA is the Defendant, Case No. 71 C 5195-MacMillan, in the
Circuit Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for
Palm Beach County.
Section 2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to establish
sufficient budgetary funds for costs and fees incurred by The Village
of North Palm Beach in the defense of the above law suit.
