A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
}'LORIDA, DIRECTING THE VILLAGE ATTORNEY TO REPRESENT THE VILLAGE IN
THAT CERTAIN LAW SUIT FILED BY PATRICIA JUNOD AGAINST THE VILLAGE OF
' NORTIt PALM BEACH, CASE N0. 71 C 5194-MAC MILLAN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEAC}i,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. The Village Attorney is hereby authorized and direct-
ed to represent The Village of North Palm Beach in that certain suit
in which PATRICIA JUNOD is Plaintiff and THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
}'LORIDA is the Defendant, Case No. 71 C 5194-MacMillan, in the Circuit
Court of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit of Florida, in and for Palm Beach
County.
Section 2. The Village Manager is hereby directed to establish
sufficient budgetary funds for costs and fees incurred by The Village of
' North Palm Beach in the defense of the above law suit.
