A RESOLUTION OF THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA, DETERMINING THAT NO SALARY INCREASES OR ADDITIONAL FRINGE BENE-
FITS SHALL BE PROVIDED FOR ANY VILLAGE EMPLOYEES UNTIL FURTHER COUNCIL
ACTION HAS BEEN OFFICIALLY TAKEN.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. In consideration of President Nixon's freeze on
increases and salaries and other fringe benefits the Village Treasurer
and all other Village employees are hereby advised that no salary in-
creases nor additional fringe benefits are to be provided for any Village
employees until Village Council takes further positive official action
after it determines the effects of any freeze or post-freeze legislation
or orders that may be promulgated by the Federal Government.
' Section 2. The Village Clerk is instructed to provide a copy
of this Resolution to the Village Treasurer.
