ESTATF,S, IN THE VILLAGE OF NORTH PALM BEACH
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF NORTH PALM BEACH,
PI,ORIDA
Section 1. The Mayor and the Village Clerk be, and they
are hereby, authorized and directed to sign a disclaimer to a certain
twelve foot utility easement on the north side of Lots 127 through
133, both inclusive, Plat of Palm Beach-Lake Worth Estates, as per
copy of the disclaimer attached hereto, marked Exhibit 1, and by
reference made a part hereof.
PASSED AND ADOPTED THIS 9 DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 1971.
